Many people suffer from tummy upset after drinking milk. They may self diagnose themselves as lactose intolerant. In fact, 1 in 4 Americans have discomfort after drinking milk, but only 5-7% of the population have been clinically diagnosed with a lactose intolerance medical condition.
I’ve always loved milk, but as an adult it doesn’t always agree with me or my kids who have sensitive tummies. I love a2 milk. It tastes delicious and I no longer have to worry about digestive upset. I had cut back on my milk intake, which wasn’t so difficult prior to having kids, but now with cereal in the mornings, my increased need of coffee (in which I must have milk), etc, it’s nice to have a real milk that I can feel good about. Not just because it’s full of calcium that grows strong bones, but because I know no one will end up with stomach cramps or hogging the bathroom. At least not due to the milk they drank.

What causes tummy trouble after drinking milk?
The a1 protein is the cause of ‘Post-Dairy Digestive Discomfort,’ and currently in all conventional & organic milks on the U.S. market.
a2 Milk® is pure farm fresh milk. Real milk that tastes like real cow milk, because it is, but from cows without the a1 protein. It’s original milk, the way nature intended before the a1 protein appeared.

Oh I have never heard of this, definitely going to check it out. Milk seems to bother me mostly in the mornings, but otherwise usually okay, but this might really help.
