than 400 billion LEGO® bricks have been produced since 1949.
the number of LEGO® bricks sold in a year would reach more than 5 times around
the world.
the world spend 5 billion hours a year playing with LEGO® bricks.
He loves following the diagrams and building exactly what he sees in the pictures. He’s always so proud of completing something he’s worked hard on, especially when he did it without any help, and he can now play with it!
For me this means constantly stepping on tiny sharp little pieces of plastic (oh my gosh, it freaking hurts!) and being careful not to vacuum any up, but it’s worth it for all he gets out of playing with them!

Needless to say, I was overjoyed when I heard about the LEGO Kids Fest Expo coming to the Bay Area Aug 30th through Sept 1st!

They’ve kindly offered to give one of my followers 2 FREE tickets to go as well!

Aw! This sounds like it would be the perfect event for you family! I never knew that info about legos. I just knew they seemed to be around FOREVERRR! 🙂 My son is 15 months and he just got his first few. He plays with them already! I wish I was going to be in California during that time. Sounds like its going to be a nice event. I live in Arizona so it's just too bad that I won't be able to go. I found your blog through the Monthly Mommy hop! Following you now on social media! 🙂
Maybe they'll have one near you soon! I'm following you as well. Thanks for coming by and commenting!
