Anxiety is something I have struggled with all of my life. It’s hard to recognize until you are already in caught in it’s grasp and unable to think clearly enough to come out of it.
Recognize anxiety in yourself:
- throat tightening
- feeling panicked
- short breaths or holding breath
- strong urge to get away from current situation
- obsessive negative thoughts
- nail biting or picking at skin
So many people deal with anxiety. It can be crippling. It has been for me so I want to help other women who also struggle with anxiety. It does help to recognize it in yourself. Prepare yourself ahead of time for something like a social event so you can see the signs of anxiety building in yourself so you will be able to overcome it instead of giving in to it. You CAN overcome it. You can learn how to cure anxiety naturally in yourself.

Thanks for the positive review. Over the years I’ve tried to connect with my body on a deeper level, and I’ve learned some ways to ease stress and anxiety that actually work. I love sharing what I learned and what works with other women in easy, practicable tips and resources. We cannot choose our tests & trials that cause anxiety and worry in life, neither their time, nor their frequency, but we CAN choose our actions to free ourselves from anxiety and worry.

I love what you are doing, helping people heal anxiety in an accessible way. I agree, we can’t control events, but we can control our own reaction if we have the tools in place to recognize anxiety coming on and what to do about it.
