Our teen is returing to mission work in the Philippines.
“How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? Our family went on our first mission trip last year to the Philippines with our friends & long time missionaries, The Callis Family, in partnership with CMC (Church Multiplication Coalition) to spread the gospel and plant churches and Bible studies. We would like to ask you to partner with us again in prayer, in funding if you feel led, and in spreading the word about this important work. Our teen daughter feels called to return to the Philippines for another mission trip this February.
The team, including the Callis family, will travel to the Philippines to an area that has few or no churches. They will go to schools, markets, town centers to evangelize. Every evening they host a concert and drama after which they share Bible stories, testimonies, and invite people for prayaer and to give their lives to Jesus. Part of the team returns the next day to follow up with those that accepted Christ. They will receive a Bible and hear the gospel message again. The cost of the mission itself (which includes lodging, food, & ground transportation) is $1,500 plus airfair, an estimated $1,500 more, for a total of $3,000 (updated Total after flights purchased: $2523). She has been doing fundraisers with her team and on her own as well as selling handmade goods at craft fairs over the holiday season and working odd jobs as much as possible. She is determined to go and has currently raised $2,423 (As of 2/03/26 she only needs $100 more!). The trip is coming up fast. If you’re able to help send her, see below.
