Learning about how things work and doing science experiments is always a favorite part of our homeschooling week. I love to inspire my young scientists by learning through engaging stories of great scientists of the past. I’ve put together a fun list of books about a few famous scientists to enhance your science studies. Encourage curiosity in your kids and to question everything about their world. Who knows what they may discover themselves some day?! I also included links to some great printables to prep your learning about scientist homeschool science unit, science report, or lap books.

These are great questions to get your kids thinking about. This What is a Scientist printable lesson is great for a quick start before reading more about famous scientists.
