Women with a Cause Foundation

This wonderful foundation is all volunteer run and dedicated to changing women’s lives around the world.

Run by women with a passion for helping other women, the charity foundation provides economic development programs for education and skill training for poverty stricken women enabling them to be free from poverty and lead self-sufficient lives.

In 2005, Susan Kiely, the founder of Women with a Cause (WWAC) learned about the plight of women in developing nations and dedicated herself to creating a solution.

Women with a Cause provides training in areas where there are job opportunities for women.

WWAC developed training centers in India and Ethiopia to provide classes in sewing, tailoring, computer training, and hair styling.

In Denver, Co. WWAC has partnered with many colleges and other organizations to provide classes for homeless and low income mothers.

I love good causes and supporting social good. I also love learning about new organizations and what they are doing to make the world a better place. WWAC sounds like an awesome non-profit, and it's great that it's completely run by volunteers.

It's so important to support others, and this information to raise awareness for women's causes around the world is really valuable. Pinning for reference!

What a wonderful way to support a community. I fully agree that if you support the women, amazing things will happen. Thanks for bringing this foundation to my attention. Heading over to check it out.

I miss the days when the kids would freely play ou I miss the days when the kids would freely play outdoors. Rocks & streams, sticks & flowers, their toys of choice. They're older now and drawn and to technology. They still have a love of nature, but it takes a push to get them to go outside and their play is different now. How do you get your big kids or #teens outdoors?
