Welcome to Monday Matters! Spread awareness to help important causes and start your week off right by making a difference each Monday, even if that is just to pin, tweet, or share to pass this information on.

programs around the world that empower poor women and girls.

Across Women’s Lives Social Good Campaign

I am thrilled to announce that I have partnered with Public Radio International (PRI), Blogher, and SheKnows Media, to promote Across Women’s Lives.

PRI has long covered womans issues and the inequality between men and woman around the world. They are determined to get important stories affecting woman out into the main stream and have launched a new campaign called: Across Women’s Lives.

Across Woman’s Lives is an e-newsletter sharing stories of woman all over the world and important news that affects us all. As well as showing what it takes to change the status of women across the globe and looking at how initiatives that raise women’s status affect their
communities and countries.

I will be helping to share important stories that may not be wide spread in main stream news, but are no less important. You can help make a difference in the lives of woman around the world, too.

I am not being compensated for sharing, but this mission, these stories, these people, are important to me and I am proud to be able to get their voices heard, spark discussions, and encourages changes for the better for woman everywhere.

Here’s how you can join me to share news and awareness of these important issues throughout 2015:

For more details about the Across Women’s Lives  initiative, go to the PRI’s webpage:

When a country has problems women are often the answer

Our voices are powerful and together we can change the world.

I hope you’ll join us!

Great idea for a series! Some people think men and women are equal but inequality still exists. #MBCircleofFriends
